CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. Guests must ensure they read and follow the requirements of the Code of Conduct during their stay. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:

Our family and friends enjoyed a weekend in May. Hemston is spacious, light filled, warm and inviting. We loved the expansive front garden and for our family pet and the fire pit was enjoyed in the evening. Close to Sorrento town, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Furnished well and comfortable bedding. The converted garage lounge retreat was a hit with our teenagers.

Fabulous layout excellent location. Absolutely loved it all. Back room was so perfect for kids as an additional living room. Could walk to town and shops and close to beaches. Lots of space and great interiors
Only downsides were- ants everywhere even in the bathroom when we obviously don’t eat in there. Disappointing. Also for the price having one air con in that heat with very few blinds in living room made it way too hot
