A floor plan that's ideal for two families, providing ample space and privacy for parents and children alike. Upon entering, you’ll find a spacious dining area to the left, with seating for 10 and a gallery of visually pleasing art adorning the walls. Large glass doors open up to seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces; perfect for summer barbecues and enjoying warm, balmy evenings.

The centrally located kitchen is both spacious and functional, equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare family meals. The expansive lounge room to the right features soft, comfy couches, offering plenty of seating for everyone. Large sun-filled windows wrap around the home, providing a perfect view for parents to watch children play outdoors from the comfort of the living/lounge rooms. Ducted heating throughout. Split System air conditioner accommodates the open plan kitchen, meals & lounge areas.

Outdoor entertaining is a highlight, with multiple spaces designed for relaxation and fun. Beneath the two-car carport, a table tennis table awaits those ready for a friendly competition. The garage has been cleverly renovated into a second breakout area, with large barn doors, a cozy entertainment lounge with couches, chairs, a Smart TV, games, Wi-Fi.

The rear deck outdoor area is fully equipped for alfresco living, with sofas, a dining table and chairs, umbrellas, and a large BBQ, making it the perfect spot for dining, entertaining or simply enjoying the serene surroundings. The front yard is large and lush, with space for team games and a fit pit. Wood for the fire pit is required to be purchased. Just the soothing sounds of nature at its finest.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. Small, hypoallergenic preferred. A description is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is not fully fenced or secure. You take full responsibility for your pet whilst in residence.

A bed and bathroom linen package are included with all bookings for as many guests. BYO beach towels.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests of 28+ yrs will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

  Our family and friends enjoyed a weekend in May. Hemston is spacious, light filled, warm and inviting. We loved the expansive front garden and for our family pet and the fire pit was enjoyed in the evening. Close to Sorrento town, peaceful and quiet surroundings. Furnished well and comfortable bedding. The converted garage lounge retreat was a hit with our teenagers.

  Fabulous layout excellent location. Absolutely loved it all. Back room was so perfect for kids as an additional living room. Could walk to town and shops and close to beaches. Lots of space and great interiors
  Only downsides were- ants everywhere even in the bathroom when we obviously don’t eat in there. Disappointing. Also for the price having one air con in that heat with very few blinds in living room made it way too hot
