Main bathroom with vanity, shower, small bath and separate toilet. Laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.

Substantially equipped kitchen, all your essentials for cooking & entertaining including a must-have coffee machine. 12-person dining table with superb bi fold windows that open right up to bring the outside in, an inspiring space to work, study, progress a passion project or just come together for a nourishing meal, conversation or board games.

LOWER GROUND FLOOR KIDS RETREAT
A few steps down from the entry, a spacious kids rumpus room with split system air conditioning, table tennis table, air hockey, Smart TV, PS 4 & games. Kids Retreat couch folds open to form a comfortable mattress to sleep 2 children. Must be requested when booking. Expansive decking with large table & chairs set amongst the Moonah Trees & a trampoline for the kids.

FIRST FLOOR UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1 with king bed. Sleeps up to 2.
Ensuite with vanity, shower & toilet, Smart TV, split system air conditioning. A separate workspace & sitting area.

Living, Sitting, Outdoor Entertaining: A spacious light filled living zone with new modern furniture, split system air conditioning, an open fireplace, smart TV & drinks cart. Very cosy & stylish with lots of seating. Bi-fold doors lead out onto the upper deck which has a comfortable couch & vintage bar for breakfast/drinks/entertaining.
Picture this: coffee on the deck, walk to the front beach or the stunning back beach trails. Return for brunch, open the bifold windows in the kitchen, embrace the views. Plans to visit a winery or two? hot springs or shopping in the Villages. Return for a sit down dinner, take away or eat out at one of the many accomplished 7 reputable restaurants, a beverage on the deck, warm up and relax in front of the fire or a soak in the spa or maybe just both!… holiday bliss.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

  Multiple living areas for all our extended family to enjoy with a central kitchen to congregate at meal times. Great views. The pool & spa were a hit with the kids and we were very lucky to have warm weather.

  This house was a great place to stay with extended family. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy time together, or have a bit of alone time. The pool and spa were fantastic and we spent most our our time enjoying this area.

  3 generations of family got together for a weekend stay at Tuckey. The 4 levels of space suited us all perfectly. The kids retreat truly entertained, as did the trampoline, whilst the lounges, decks and views, BBQ kept all the adults very happy. Whilst the weather wasn't conducive for swimming, the spa was a hit for all of us. We would definitely book this home again.
