The modern, fully equipped kitchen features an island bench with stools, dishwasher, gas cooktop, under-bench oven and rangehood. You'll also find a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster and pod coffee machine, along with a knife block, crockery, cutlery, glassware, bowls, platters and ample cupboard storage to make preparing and sharing meals a pleasure.

Please note: The wood-burning fireplace is not available for use at this time.

Dining & Outdoor Living

Gather around the stylish dining table, comfortably seating six, and enjoy the peaceful outlook through the window. Adjacent casual lounge seating creates an inviting space to relax, while the split-system heating and cooling services the entire home for year-round comfort.

Step through the doors from the casual lounge or laundry onto the elevated rear balcony, which spans the width of the home. It's the perfect setting for relaxed outdoor living and alfresco entertaining.

Enjoy a Weber BBQ, outdoor dining setting for six, freestanding shade umbrella and outdoor lounge seating. After a day at the beach, rinse off under the hot and cold outdoor shower before settling in to enjoy the expansive grassed backyard and gorgeous views across the lush greenery of David McFarlan Reserve and its lake.

It's a lovely setting for a leisurely breakfast, a long lunch or a relaxed evening outdoors.

2 NIGHT STAY: This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, bathroom linen. Linen package is available $150.00. Includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year.
3 NIGHTS OR MORE: A full bed and bathroom linen provision (excluding 1 night free - Book 3, Pay for 2 night stay)

A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
