Sensational views over the St Andrews Golf course from the upstairs balcony and outdoor undercover dining area with table, chairs, BBQ and wall mounted TV.
Bedroom 1 large master bedroom with a King bed, walk through robe, TV, ceiling fan, beautiful views.
Ensuite with bath, shower, double vanity and toilet. Sliding doors to balcony with casual seating for your morning coffee.
Bedroom 2 with 2 x long single beds (can be joined to accommodate a King bed upon request only, min 1 week notice required)
Dual entry bathroom ensuite with vanity, shower and toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS
Spacious 2nd living space with Pool Table, a north facing outdoor deck with a lounge area to simply relax, unwind and enjoy the serenity.
Meander down the garden to the fire pit with seating and enjoy the nights air; the rear boundary of the property adjoins the golf course, providing complete privacy all within a mere stroll of the ocean reserve.

Bedroom 3 with Queen Bed
Dual entry bathroom ensuite with vanity, shower and a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 with 2 x long single beds (can be joined to accommodate a King bed upon request only, min 1 week notice required)

Laundry with washing machine and Dryer, outside clothesline.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is included with all bookings to cater for as many guests. BYO Beach towels.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

    Gorgeous, spacious and well appointed family holiday home. Short walk over the dunes to the beach and very private quiet area. Excellent home design for a grown family and ample amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. Fireplace and fire pit a highlight for us with plenty wood provided. Extended checking and checkout appreciated. Relaxing and enjoyable break at Max's.

    A beautiful destination to visit for a long weekend with our family. This home is well presented and the amenities were everything our group needed. The separate living areas upstairs and downstairs was terrific, we also loved the pool table.

    Our family enjoyed this delightful property for a weekend stay. Beautifully presented, spacious upstairs and downstairs. Large entertaining spaces. Comfortable beds. A wonderful location close to the beach and surrounding areas for sightseeing. Easy check in and Beach House Rentals were great to communicate with. We highly recommend for travellers.

    We loved our stay at Max in St Andrews Beach, so much so, we have booked again. This holiday home is just beautiful. Very large and spacious rooms throughout, clean, comfortable beds and bedding. The split zones upstairs and downstairs worked so well for the adults and our younger teens. Time apart and time together. The pool table was well utilised. Lovely views of the golf course from the undercover BBQ decking and the rear garden. The fire pit was an absolute hit with the young ones toasting marshmallows and of a night time, when the sky is clear, the star gazing is superb. A short walk to the beach which we loved. Well functioning kitchen and the butlers pantry was a bonus. Highly recommend this holiday home. Beach House Rentals were a pleasure to deal with. 5 Stars.
