You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, pool towels, beach towels. Contact our office for Hire Linen prices which incl. delivery & bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

CODE OF CONDUCT
Mornington Peninsula Shire Short Stay Rental Accommodation Local Law. The Code of Conduct requires guests to:
• Behave responsibly during your stay. Loud yelling, screaming, cheering and aggressive behaviour is NOT acceptable and may result in the early termination of your stay if a complaint is received by Council.
• No additional accommodation is permitted on site such as tents, caravans, campervans.
• Do not use outdoor areas for activity between 11.00 pm to 7.00 am.
• Place all waste into the bins provided prior to leaving.
• Park all vehicles within the property boundary. Occupant and visitor cars cannot be parked out on the street or on nature strip areas.
Please be mindful while enjoying your stay that surrounding neighbours live in this community and are entitled to peace and amenity in their residential area. A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

    I recently stayed at this house for my wedding weekend. The property was absolutely beautiful and looked even better than the photos! The hosts were so lovely and accommodating even leaving a little welcome pack for our arrival. The property had all the amenities and utensils needed. It is so well priced compared to other properties in the area. I had my pre wedding photos taken here and the beautiful house made them look amazing!

    This was a beautifully presented house, with outstanding outdoor areas. Lovely touches including ample cleaning products, a range of treats and supplies. The photos don’t do it justice. We really enjoyed our stay.
