Spacious living/lounge area with doors that close off for privacy, 2 comfy, couches, large wall mounted smart TV, Wi-Fi, Foxtel, a lovely wood burning fire place and a simple but pleasant interior design.
Kitchen is simply functional with spacious preparation benches, staples provided for meal preparation, pod coffee machine, microwave, adjoining an 8 seater dining table & chairs with 3 bar stools.
A wall mounted split system air conditioner in the dining area that accommodates the kitchen and lounge areas, ducted heating throughout.

Bedroom 1 with King bed.

Bedroom 3 with 2 x single bunk beds.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

Downstairs, access from the exterior, is the laundry with washing machine, dryer, and a second bathroom with toilet & shower.

Outdoors provides a lush green and flowering garden, steps that divide the land levels and offers plenty of space to entertain with an outdoor table and chairs with a gas BBQ for those traditional Summer family & friends get-togethers.

A complete bed & bathroom linen package is provided for bookings. BYO beach towels.

Your Pet is considered upon application only. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet Stay Fee applies.
Property is not fully fenced or secure. You take full responsibility for your pet and ensure it stays within the property boundaries whilst you are in residence.
