Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property backyard only is fenced and secure.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

  This was our 3rd time as a family staying here on the same weekend each year for 3 nights.
  We did have a great overall stay and the location is great for the surrounding area.
  The home was clean and tidy and met all our needs.
  Communication with the management staff was good and clear.
  Much though we enjoyed our stay we were a little disappointed to find when informed on the day that the outdoor television was broken. This had been a key element of the reason we chose this house.
  The offer of a later checkout as compensation was good but we’d liked to have been informed when booking.
  Apart from that we had a good weekend enjoying the pool and spa and some local attractions and nearby beaches.

  House was amazing and Joanne was always there right up to the end no questions asked..pool was used daily such a beautiful was to holiday, the only thing I could fault was the ensuite tiles are very slippery which was a bit scary as I have a bad back, this is a minor issue this was an amazing place thanks for sharing your home we will define be looking at renting this again if available..

  Nice place overall. Lots of towels, some nice additions like plenty of toilet paper, working bbq, lots of outdoor seating options, sliding doors with fly screens, big tvs with surround sound, plenty of streaming services to choose from, good sized fridge, lots of plates and cutlery. Pool and spa were great and settings easy to operate with iPad. Good hot water in showers and big couches in two big lounge areas. Heating and cooling worked ok, bedrooms had lamps and placed was nicely decorated.
  
  Some maintenance required around the house.
  For example: Pool/spa area has a safety hazard - loose tile on edge of spa.
  Loose/hanging blind cords throughout house - another safety hazard
  Dishwasher had broken cutlery rack
  And when pull out full bottom rack, the whole dishwasher moves forward - like it’s about to fall out.
  
  Other things noted
  *Bathroom tiles are very slippery when wet
  *Sink in kitchen is too small and can’t fit the frying pans and pots easily
  *kitchen knives blunt
  *Fridge is tricky to open
  *only 3 paddles and 2 balls for table tennis
  *Garden looks unloved, could do with some tlc
  
  A good quality vaccuum cleaner is also highly desirable for proper cleaning.
