Cosy & comfortable holiday home with open plan living, kitchen and dining areas with a Coonara wood heater, TV and reverse cycle air-conditioning. Dining setting for 8 guests with additional 2 bar stools. Well appointed kitchen with gas cook top, electric stove and dishwasher. All your essential appliances and pantry staples are provided.

LINEN
This property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen, beach towels. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year, 4 weeks prior during Summer peak times from 1 December to 31 January.
BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

A serious breach of the Code of Conduct may result in the termination of your rental agreement and require you to immediately vacate the property.

    Lovely house with good bedroom accommodation and bathrooms. Comfortable living area made all the more cosy on a cold wet weekend by a wood-burning pot belly fire! Good location for walks to front and back beaches, Pt Nepean NP, plus the pub!
