Perched at the top of the hill, this family friendly beach house will absolutely delight you all.
Be mesmerised by the stunning views over the National Park and beyond inside the living areas and upstairs on the private balcony or whilst swimming in the heated pool.
A short walk to beaches, national park trails and the iconic Koonya General Store.

Admire the vista and listen to the sound of the ocean waves from the decks and watch the kids play on the trampoline in the garden.
The back beach is a 500m stroll away, via a flat bush trail. Relax and unwind in complete comfort.

Entry level comprises of an open plan living area featuring large 4K HD television, broadband, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a gas log fire. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary amenities and cooking facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, family sized fridge and breakfast bar for 3. A Dining table and chairs accommodate up to 8.

The kitchen and dining area provides door access to a large alfresco deck, outdoor table and 8 chairs, large Weber BBQ, cubby house and sand pit to the left and and large deck with the amazing infinity heated pool and coastal views to the right.

Bedroom 4 with a single bunk bed.
Family bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and toilet.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer.

UPSTAIRS
Bedroom 1with a queen bed and overhead fan.
Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet.
A parents retreat sitting room with large windows to take in the views, TV, and a reverse cycle air-conditioning leading to a private balcony with lovely coastal views.
Should you wish to stay in contact with your business, there is a study desk, chair, monitor, keyboard and Wi-Fi to connect. A Porta Cot and High Chair is available within the home.

PARKING
This delightful holiday home provides dual entry via John Bertram Drive and Gulls Way, allowing for parking of a boat, jet ski of up to 4 vehicles. The property boundary is fully fenced and gated.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

POOL HEATING
The Pool is not heated between 1 May to mid September but can be upon request for an extra $50 per day or $200 per week. Please confirm when requesting to book. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for every booking. Pool towels included. BYO Beach Towels.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

CODE OF CONDUCT

    Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful beach house with us! We had an incredible stay and were truly taken by the beauty of the surroundings—it’s such a picturesque and peaceful spot.

    The aspect of the house was absolutely perfect; having the sun all day long made every moment so relaxing and uplifting. We also loved how easily we could walk to both the front and back beaches, which offered the best of both worlds. Being close enough to drive into town was another great bonus that made everything so convenient.

    Overall, it’s a fantastic beach house, and we feel so lucky to have spent time there. We hope to return in the future!

    Very enjoyable stay. We spent time in the garden, on the beach and enjoying the bush walk along the coast. The house was clean and warm for our stay and well maintained.
