Freshly painted, large light filled open plan kitchen with wrap around island bench for meal preparation & stools. Substantially equipped, all your essentials for cooking & entertaining including a must-have coffee machine & filtered water throughout the property.

A 10-person dining table with superb floor to ceiling windows that entice you to utilise the exciting outdoor entertaining areas. What's not to love about this amazing outdoor heated inground pool, with glass fencing, delightfully paved all around, lush green grassed backyard, outdoors tables & chairs & BBQ.

A relaxing space to holiday, work, study, come together for a meal or simply reconnecting with family and friends.
The open plan kitchen, dining, living area provides superb large split system cooling systems, high ceilings with incredible architecture, lounge suite, chairs and TV. Ducted heating throughout.

2nd living/lounge room located at the rear of the home with incredible parquetry flooring, large spacious lounge suite & smart television.

BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10.
BATHROOMS: 4 bathrooms plus extra toilet in laundry.
PARKING: up to 4 vehicles. Garage is not available for use.
Parking on Kerferd road is subject to availability & council parking restriction signage.

Located at the front of the home:
Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, split system air-conditioning, adjoining ensuite with double vanity, separate toilet and walk in shower.
Bedroom 2 with a queen bed, split system air-conditioning, adjoining ensuite with vanity, corner bath ( spa is not operating) & overhead shower.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, and 2 king single beds, split system air-conditioning, adjoining brand new bathroom with vanity, walk in shower and toilet.
Located at the rear of the home:
Bedroom 4 with a queen bed, split system air-conditioning, separate bathroom with vanity, shower, claw bath and toilet.

Laundry with washing machine & dryer, laundry trough and toilet.
Study desk, monitor, desk chair & Wi-Fi when you must work away from home.
A Porta Cot is available to use onsite. BYO Cot linen.

POOL
The pool is heated to 29 degrees. Heating can be facilitated up to 37 degrees. An extra $50.00 per day or $200 a week applies.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. small, non shedding, hypoallergenic preferred. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved. Pet Stay Fee applies. Perimeter not fully fenced.

LINEN
A full bed and bathroom linen package is provided for all bookings, including pool towels for as many guests.
BYO beach towels. Bathroom linen is prohibited to be used to remove make up and fake tan. Extraordinary cleaning charges will apply.

BOOKING POLICY
A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

STRICTLY
No schoolie groups bookings, events or parties. Only mature guests over 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.

    We have rented this house for a few years now and we love it. The location is excellent and the house is spacious with plenty of room for a large group. The heated spa pool is an added bonus and the fact our pooch is welcome has been terrific. We have always booked through Beach House rentals and they are superb to deal with. So responsive and so helpful. The fact we can book for just 7 days instead of 2 weeks is very much appreciated and the price point has meant we can can have an affordable holiday in beautiful Sorrento. Big thanks to the owners and Beach House Rentals.

    We have had several family Easter gatherings at the Kerferd Ave house. We love the position of the house, the lay out of the rooms meaning the two living areas are both large and suitable for family. The swim spa is fabulous and provides multiple hours of fun for everyone.Our grandchildren look forward to returning again and again.Thank you.
