Timaru offers Luxury in a private, quiet street in Sorrento and walking distance to Sorrento Front beach. 4 spacious and beautifully appointed bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two living areas and an expansive open plan kitchen/dining/living area that flows out through large glass sliding doors to a wonderfully sized outdoor deck for alfresco entertaining with a table & chairs, sun lounges & BBQ.

Timaru's expansive living area comprising of the kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to entertain, including a bean coffee machine, dining table and chairs to accommodate 10, and the 'oh so comfortable' lounge with the beautiful gas fire place, will make you all feel right at home.

Bedroom 1 with a Queen Bed and TV. A full ensuite with vanity, shower & toilet.
Study nook with desk, chair and Wi-Fi provides for moments when you need to stay in touch.

Bedroom 4 combined with a separate living zone includes 2 king size single bunk beds, sofas with a tv to enjoy. Enjoy a hit of table tennis.

European laundry with a trough, washing machine and dryer. Ducted heating and air-conditioning throughout.
Child High Chair and Porta Cot is provided.

An outdoor shower is provided to wash off after a day at the beach.
Fully fenced backyard. 2 car garage and off street parking for an additional 2 cars, all set in a lush green native garden.
Exclusive access to a communal tennis court, only a short walk away. So close to Sorrento Sailing Club and Blairgowrie Yacht Club.

A Security deposit of $1500 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Timaru in Sorrento provided exactly what we were seeking in a holiday home, close to Sorrento township and the beach. It's spacious, the kitchen is extremely well equipped. Our children enjoyed the downstairs table tennis table, bunks and TV, whilst the adults loved the openness of the large family room, kitchen and meals area and adjoining outdoor area for entertaining and cooking on the BBQ. Seamless check in process. Lovely beds and linen. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love staying at 28 Timaru Close Sorrento since 2016. It has everything you need for a wonderful time away and each time we come there is always something new to explore. This time we loved playing Table tennis in the bottom bunk room. We will definitely be back again next August.
