At the heart of the home is a spectacular open-plan living and entertaining zone, opening through expansive bi-fold doors to a solar-heated pool and covered alfresco area. Swim, relax on the sun lounges, fire up the BBQ or gather around the outdoor dining table while the kids enjoy the fully fenced backyard.

Inside, the sophisticated kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with quality appliances, generous bench space and a dedicated butler’s pantry. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 12, making long lunches and dinners together effortless.

Two separate living areas provide plenty of room to spread out, while the warming gas fireplaces create a cosy atmosphere in cooler months. Upstairs, a dedicated theatre room with ceiling-mounted projector offers another space to unwind after a day at the beach.

Bedroom 3: Two sets of single bunks sleeping four - most suitable for 2 adults on the bottom bunks and 2 children under 12 on the top bunks.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

  This property meet our needs perfectly. It slept 11 family members comfortably, catering for both adults and children. The house was spacious with separate living quarters that ensured we didn't feel on top of one another. The dining table was also the perfect size, catering all 11 of us for our Good Friday lunch and Easter lunch. The BBQ was in good condition and the oven was a dream. The fridge was a little on the small side as we needed to cram our food in and there were nio towel hooks or rail in the upstairs shared bathroom which was a little annoying. Unfortuntely the pool was solar heated so it wasn't warm enough to enjoy, although the kids still braved the cool waters and had a dip. Location is perfect. Set in a quiet and gorgeous street, the house is a short walk to the beach, to Millionaires walk and to Sorrento Hotel, which offered up some night life and it was a short walk/drive to the St Marys Catholic Church which we visited for Good Friday and Easter Sunday mass.
  Overall, the perfect place for our family to create some memories and we will be back!

  Our families loved this beautiful home, the huge spaces upstairs and downstairs, the pool and outdoor entertaining areas, the stylish furnishings, comfortable beds. It is so well kept and looked after. The lovely welcome gift bag with slippers and wine from Beach House Rentals and their communication was excellent. Nothing to fault. We will definitely visit again.
